I had a mani/pedi done here. The pedicure was perfectly fine and I was very happy with it. However, when my manicure was being done, the cylindrical electrical file that’s used for powder manicures cut me on every single finger. I have several nicks surrounding the nail on every single finger. The file that was used must have been filthy because I contracted a Staph infection just 2 days after receiving the manicure, and I had no cuts or open wounds prior to receiving said manicure. My family and I came to Mobile to visit relatives and my mom and I decided to get our nails done. They did such a wonderful job and took us right as we walked into the door. The nail tech took her time to make sure my nails looked good. Now I know where to go whenever I visit Mobile again!
I've been going to Nail Boutique for Years. They are always nice & does a great job. Tina always do my nails, lashes & Pedicures. Everyone in there does a great job. I can always count on the best experience when I visit them. Looking forward to visit again soon. 😍❤️
In town visiting family. Kim was my technician and did a good job on my nails, especially given we walked in about an hour before closing.
I went to the nail boutique and spa on 12/12/2024 for the very first time to get an sns dip polish on my natural nails and was very disappointed. The lady that waited on me spent one hour and a half on my nails the actual service takes one hour. She spent other thirty minutes constantly drilling on my nails cutting pass my cuticles skin cutting into my skin and cutting off extra skin causing them to bleed constantly.
