This experience was disgusting. I made an appointment for 5:45pm and the person I spoke to told me I’ll have ample time to get out by 6:30 with a gel manicure. When I arrived the lady seemed to be rushing. Instead of soaking my nails long enough for the gel to come off easily she only soaked it for a few minutes. She started to use the nail drill and kept drilling on my skin after I told her it hurt. She switched to filing but it was taking so long and it felt so discomforting to have someone file the crap out of your nails.... read more
