I had a pedicure at Nail Beauty Lounge and it was great! The staff was friendly and careful. The salon is clean and comfortable. My feet look and feel amazing. I’m very happy with the service and will come back again
My mother-in-law recommended Nail Beauty Lounge to us when we came to visit her in Yorba Linda, and we’re so glad she did! We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the salon. My friend always has the most beautiful nails with sharp, detailed designs, and the prices are always reasonable. She was the one who recommended this place to me, and I’m so glad she did! Nail Beauty Lounge may have only been open for about a year, but they already offer such an amazing experience! One of my favorite things is that their regular pedicure includes a hot stone massage.It’s such a simple but special touch that really helps relax my muscles after a long, hard day of work. The service is wonderful, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!
Bad customer service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My nails came out really bad, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. I politely asked if they could fix them, but instead of helping me, they refused and were very rude about it. The customer service was honestly horrible. If you make a mistake on a customer’s nails, you should at least try to make it right. I would not recommend this salon and I definitely won’t be coming back.
