I had such a wonderful experience at Nail Bar Spa and Lounge! I went with a group of friends to experience my first ever pedicure, and I was impressed with the results. I chose the regular pedicure, which included a relaxing massage, scrub, lotion treatment, nail clipping, removal of my old polish, and a beautiful polish application. The only thing good about this place is the mimosas. The guy who did my nails was pretty rough and not patient with me. And the acrylic gel toenails!! He did not do good at all! I had to tell him multiple times to fix a lot of things
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this nail salon. This is now the third time I have experienced issues here, and I’ve reached the point where I can no longer continue as a customer. The staff shows very little care for their customers. They schedule appointments but do not seem to honor them, leaving customers waiting or inconvenienced without any consideration for their time.
