My nail lady, her name was Trang, did AMAZING! The atmosphere and the people that work there are all just fun and super sweet! I've never been one to stray from where I've been going but I had my last straw with my original nail place and I hope to keep coming back here!

Hi Elizabeth . Sorry you were not happy with your experience. I don't know what happened when you were up front to when the tech went and took care of you something got lost in translation. She thought you were getting a gel manicure manicure so that's why she wrapped your nails with the foil. That's our fault and we charged you for a refill not a full set. Every nail tech has a different way of doing nails, not everyone does it the same way so kind of hard to compare one work with another. As for the one that was hovering a... read more
