I go to Nail Bar specifically because my friend works there and does great work. Though today is the second time I had an appointment with her and they double booked her. Of course they they don't call to try to reschedule on there error but wait till I get there and tell me I can come back in a hour or reschedule for another day. Very unprofessional and disappointing!
