The services that I wanted was not given to me. I even pointed at the menu and asked for a specific pedicure. Big language barrier. Also not a very clean place. The man that did my manicure did not have me wash my hands and his finger nails were very dirty. The biggest thing was they cut me twice doing my pedicure to where I started to bleed and was still rough durning the whole experience. Absolutely Would Not Recommend!

The service was good, the talent behind it was poor. The nail technicians lacked understanding of my request. They took a long time to accommodate what I requested, all while there was maybe a handful of people in the shop and when they got around to what I had requested, the work lacked decency. This was a terrible first experience and I will not be returning.

It smells bad inside, and no one seemed to want any business. I walked in and watched two different employees glance up from their phone, notice me standing at the front, and then go back to their phones. With a greeting that chilly, I didn’t stick around to get a half hearted manicure.
