A friend of mine was treated horribly today by the individual doing his pedicure. From the beginning of the service, she spoke in her language to the guy working with me all the making faces. At the end of his service, this guy clapped for her because she was finished. Now let's talk about the service, I've had so much better than this salon. I actually completed the pedi at home tonight because the guy barely touched my feet. Horrible experience and sorry service.
I was completely disappointed in the service I received today. And embarrassed when an employee clapped when the lady finished my pedicure. It's ridiculous to pay so much for a service to be humiliated in return. To those reading this, save your money and go to the mall. The pedicures are better as well as the prices. And the staff aren't afraid to get the job done without insulting you!!
Went yesterday for an Artesian Pedicure, which is supposed to be for 35 minutes. From start to finish, mine was only 23 minutes! The young woman seemed to rush through the massage part. Time to try another place.
