I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Nail Art & Spa, located at 689 Old Mill Rd, Millersville, MD 21108. Despite their policy stating they would fix my nails if I wasn’t satisfied, my complaint about shabby service and undone nails was met with a ban from their establishment, without any just cause
