I have had 4 of the 5 nail techs at this salon. I never worry about who is available when I go, as they all do a great job. The salon is clean and prices are fair!
I was in town visiting my sister when I visited Nail Art Spa. I made our appointment for 4pm for 2 pedicures and 1 full set. We did not leave the salon until 7pm and it caused us to miss our dinner reservations at 6pm. Ridiculously slow service. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
This place is my absolute go to spot in Pullman!!! I have lived in Pullman for almost ten years now and this place has been the only place to consistently provide an amazing quality service, product, cleanliness, and just an amazing attention to detail. I see a couple reviews saying that people didn't like how their nails turned out but the owner has always let me come in if I ever had an issue and redone them at no additional cost. On a whim, a friend and I decided to get a pedicure here. The shop is clean, relaxing, wonderful ambiance. The people working were courteous, cheerful, and had very pleasant conversation. The prices are very reasonable (3 different tiers). I had an amazing experience, and will definitely be coming back!
