This place is halfway decent, but could be greatly improved. I paid $25 yesterday for a pedicure - no clue if that is a good price. The Vietnamese woman who they gave me first spoke little English and that was a problem. She was also very stern-faced and rather unpleasant. She could be greatly improved by smiling a little. I was then transferred to another woman who could speak English. She was better, but so taciturn. Could hardly get a word out of her.
