I got my face waxed, and the wax was too hot. It burned my face. I won't be going back there again. I spoke to the manager and all she said was. Did you put Neosporin on it, no I am sorry, free service or reimbursement for negligent work. I had to go to emergent care, so $19 turned into over a $100 dollars.
