First experience was yesterday afternoon. My nail technician was up every 3 minutes answering the phone, or checking someone out! It was discouraging. I felt he was not focused in the job at hand, my pedicure. I went to pay and pulled out my check book and was told that "we do not accept checks". Interesting, as I had just witnessed the woman before me pay with a check. They said "oh, we know her!" Insulting, to say the least.
