I’ve been a loyal customer for about three years, but today I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I have an important event this weekend and made sure to plan ahead by booking a 9:30 AM mani/pedi appointment with Tony—the time the salon opens. Bad experience! Poor communication, I tell them what I want but end up not finishing my nails. Left it with no paint and asked to pay full! My last visit and will never come back again!
always have such a great experience here my 3 year old daughter wanted her nails and toes done for her birthday and they were so patient and amazing with her! she’s very happy with her rainbow nails. thanks again
