Very unprofessional! I repeat unprofessional! !Warning!
RecommendedGood customer service and clean.
Very, very disappointed in this place. Scheduled an appt with Shae for 1:00pm for a full set. At 1:10pm I asked how much longer would it be. I was told you the receptionist 15 to 20 minutes. WHAT!?! I had an appt. Plus, I was using my lunch time from work. No apologies were made except a sarcastic “have a nice day” Really?!? I will not recommend this place at all. In fact, I will recommend not going.

I'm not the type to leave reviews but i def give credit where its due i was recommended Nail Addict by a few ppl after having terrible experiences at other salons Brittany did my set and pedi it was for my bday and everything was perfect she took her time and made sure i was happy with the results and i amy nails turned out beautiful and my pedi was great i think i finally found a salon that i cam return to lol
Feet were not smooth! Will not return for 2nd Pedi!
This was my first time here today. The staff was very friendly and bubbly. The girl who did my nails and pedicure was very sweet. I love my toes but I’m hesitant on my full set. I really wanted to love them. I showed her the picture and we got the color and glitter right but all the nails are different lengths, their thick, uneven, and the polish is patchy. I’m never one to say something but I feel like my nails weren’t worth what I paid. I’m willing to give this salon another chance but with a different tech.
walked in and it was super clean and loved the diversity a sista did my nails and she did an amazing job it was like hanging out with one of my girlfriends we could actually have a conversation while being pampered
