Have seen Dr Ketan, since our Family Paediatrician Retired in 2025. During this time we had found Dr Ketan, dismissive of Concerns relating to our 6 year old throughout numerous consults. DR White has been seeing my 4 grandchildren over the last 8 years on a regular basis. She has been a wonderful support person with a wealth of knowledge and guiding us as we moved through the complex nature of Autism and ADHD. Thank you for your wonderful support.
Totally negligent clinic no care factor for the mir infant patients. Dr White decided to take a whole week to sit on my son’s referral only to knock it back as she ‘has closed her books’ and after being sent back to my GP to change the referral name to another pediatrician in the clinic losing even more days. A month later and none of the pediatricians have triaged my son’s referral and we ended up in hospital due to his symptoms getting worse and not being seen by a specialist.
