I had a bad experience with Hans Swenson during Covid. He was the leasing broker for my landlord, Paul from Salmon Bay Sand and Gravel. While everybody and their mothers were struggling, Hans thought it was a good idea to lobby for all of the employees and owners from Salmon Bay to get a deep discount on dog care, even after we shot down the same overture from Paul when we started the lease.
