Don't make an offer that Landon Dory doesn't like. He'll ignore you, then tell you your offer wasn't worth a response (my offer was 10× NOI to be clear), and then he will tell you he doesn't like your attitude, you are no longer allowed to make offers on his listings. He doesn't seem to understand that he is supposed to be representing his clients opinions not his own. If you are actually wanting to sell a business, you might want to go somewhere else.i have emails to prove everything.
