Rented a unit from NAI/Rove Management for three years. The lease was done through NAI but it was handled through Rove Management. They messed up my billing and over charged multiple times on miss imputed cam fees. Once they realized it they did fix it and credit me back the money. They also violated my lease agreement by making me pay to fix things that went wrong with the building that I should not have been responsible to fix like normal wear and tear to an overhead door.
