I had to cancel my appointment due to an unexpected emergency with my child. I completely understand that practices have policies in place, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. There was no empathy or flexibility—only repeated insistence on paying a cancellation penalty, despite the circumstances. A little understanding would have gone a long way. Healthcare is not just about procedures and policies; it’s also about compassion. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I won’t be returning.

I arrived today to see Dr yanni for a very special case. My daughter had been to several other dentists and specialists and each one had turned her away or left little to no explanation of what's going on within her mouth. Immediately after viewing my daughters CT scan Dr. Yanni was confident he could help. He took the time to explain each tooth and its position, as well as his plan and course of action.
