Appalling. What was supposed to be a 4 month commercial project turned into a 14 month nightmare. If you work with Thomas, here's what you can expect: -- Missed deadlines. Can't think of a single target date that he or his team hit. That's how 4 months turns into 14. -- Terrible communication. Consistently ignored phone calls and emails, especially when he knows he's missed a deadline.
