I ve had the privilege in knowing and using the services of Matt Nagel for the past 14 years. Matt posseses good communication skills and interacts very well with many different people, including tenants, owners, and maintenance partners and remains calm and responds in a professional manner. Matt is honest and ethical and always seems to look out for best interest of me and my future tenant(s). I bought a mult-unit property that had been managed by Nagel. Although they seemed to be organized with their financial information in Quickbooks, by reviewing the financial documents I discovered the following: - they had not been collecting on one unit for over a year - they had left one unit vacant for over a year - on another unit, the person had vacated a month before and they hadnt figured that out yet. - they had not been responding to tenants issues (water leak/black mold, light bulbs were out in common areas, etc.) ... read more

I rented from Nagel Properties and found Matt Nagel to be very abrasive and quite rude.
I stopped in their office to day and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
