Took my 87yr. old diabetic father in for first time for toenail fungus and trimming. Dr. Nagata was very patient with my father trimmed his toenails, checked for neuropathy, checked pulses. He helped my father on and off chair and was very kind and gentle with him. My father was very happy as I with Dr Nagata. Staff was friendly and pleasant.
The receptionist was very rude a bad person with me she didn’t want to help me was yelling me on the phone this for me was DISCRIMINATION because she doesn’t speak Spanish and my son really needs with his feet, even thought maybe the Dr. is good at his job these people make him look very evil.
I thought he was a great Doctor...After going over forty years with glass in the ball of my foot, he was the only Doctor that was able to get it out!! I went to many Doctors over the years and had no results!
He is by far the worst dr ive ever seen in my life. Most respectful, agressive, non caring, wort bed side manors ever. He raised his voice at us, refused to read my mri, called me a and made me choose my treatment or he would not treat me. Said i had to live with the that theres no treatment. The staff was horrible and very unorganized. I t recommend him to anyone. He is being reported. Worst experience ever.
He walked in and immediately asked me if my heels burn, I said yes and he diagnosed me without even examining me. He didn't want to hear any other symptoms and set about exaggerating things about my feet in order to prove his diagnosis was correct. Which I am 99.999% positive it isn't. Treated me like an idiot who didn't understand him because I tried to ask questions. Cut me off mid-sentence every time I tried. Told me to wear shoes with heels and go find some inserts. Not helpful at all.
