Every time I call to make an appointment for my son the phone goes to an answering service. Even if you have an appointment you will wait at least an hour to be seen.

My kids have been going to Nag Pediatric for years first they started at there Pasadena location , but now go to the Texas City location I highly recommend them. The location is very clean and has a kid friendly environment makes my kids enjoy the time they are there. My daughter Amy loves going specially to see her favorite nurse Karmen. She always knows how to make her smile even when she is not feeling good. — with Karmen Vino.

The best doctor I have ever seen, she stayed with me almost 2 hours today. Bathrooms have always been spotless and they have popcorn and juice pouches for kids as well as video games and great movies. I have waited almost 30 minutes before but I understand that some visits take more time than others and I love how she explains everything to me and puts my mind at ease.

The worst wait time ever. I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours to get into a room then anther hour to see a doctor. They need to get it together. I would never recommend this place for o anyone. I guess if you don’t make a lot of money they think it’s okay to treat people like this. When did my time become less valuable than there’s. Waiting for 4 a 5 hours is wrong to do to a sick child. They must NOT really care about their patients.
