He is an excellent doctor. Very compassionate, friendly and makes you feel comfortable to talk about any issue. It is true that the waiting times are extremely long and it's hard to get an appointment in the first place. But that is because he is such a great doctor and therefore high in demand. I'd rather wait for a good doctor than have no waiting time and see somebody not as skilled as Dr Naffah. I'd wish it wouldn't take as long as it does to get in but he is still the best specialist around
This is the worst specialist to go to for scheduling appointments. You will wait at least an hour or more after your scheduled appointment. This should not be allowed. What a shame for those who are elderly or have other medical issues. Very inconsiderate!!!!
Wait times are ridiculously long. They over-schedule and hope for occasional cancellations to maximize revenue. Also very anti-ACA
Needs to manage scheduling of patients better. I waited 2 hours and the guy in front of me told the receptionist that if he wasn't seen in the next 15 minutes, (after I am sure waiting for 2 hours like my self) he was walking out, 15 minutes came and he went to the window to get his copay back and they all of a sudden took him right back.
We are very fortunate to have a such a brilliant doctor in our area, his dedication to his patients,his compassion to all is unsurpassed.
If you want to feel like a number, this is the place for you! Waited an hour for procedure, standing, due to lack of chairs. When went for results ( they won't give them to you over the phone) waited another 1 1/2 hrs then just left. The place was packed. Not a good way to treat your patients.
He is the most compassionate, kind, caring and doctor that I have ever been treated by. His expertise and skills are uncomparable. I would rate him 10 stars if I could. He has been treating me for the past 15 years and I trust him with my health and life.
Kind, compassionate, caring, very meticulous and detailed in his evaluation, and explanation of his findings. I would recommend him to anyone
