I've been seeing Dr. Naffah for 30 plus yrs when he started his practice in a office on East Market down by the hospital! I've never had any complaints, he does NOT do procedures randomly!! He has always listened & answered questions! Are the wait times excessive? Yes sometimes they are, but if you want the Best you're willing to wait as not all appointments are long waits! I personally wouldn't trust any other gastroenterologist!
Waited an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff was rude
Kind, professional and beyond competent. Dr has excellent credentials, takes time with the patient, is consistent and answers all questions. I had endoscopy and barely a sore throat, already feel better swallowing and eating. I find it impossible to believe the three bad reviews.

Waited over an hour and 20 minutes to even see the doctor. It just wasn't worth it. No apology for the ridiculous wait time, nothing. I left after the long wait with no explanation so I never even got to see the doctor. Why schedule an appointment time if it’s no where even close to when you get to see the doctor. I won’t go back. I’ll find another doctor that can manage the patient load. The staff couldn’t care less
Does not return any phone calls, no matter what the circumstance is. Staff can be rude. He got very upset when I had questions at the follow up appt. Wanted to do another procedure unwarranted. Get a second opinion, as I did. Do not recommend. He only wants to do procedures, again unwarranted.

Dr Naffah is a fantastic Doctor. His office is disappointing. We went for MRI results, only to find out from the doctor that the office never received them. They did get them within a 1/2 hour. Today my husband called before his appointment for bloodwork results— after being transferred t 3 different girls...he was told they never received them from 3 weeks ago! He cancelled the appointment.
The Doctor is a very intelligent and caring man. He spends a great deal of time explaining everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend him.
