There's a great variety of classes and times in a very supportive and fun environment
I took the circuit training class with Mallory and it was great. Very inclusive and the exercises were the right level of difficulty for someone at a medium level of fitness. It was my first time there and the class was easy to follow as Mallory explains and re-explains all of the stations step by step.
I started attending classes at Nafas more than 10 years ago. I love the variety of fitness and yoga classes offered, but it’s really the people who have made Nafas feel like a home away from home. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and encouraging — from Janel, the owner, to all of the teachers, to all of the members. I immediately felt comfortable here, all those years ago, and still feel that way every time I walk through the doors. Highly, highly recommend!
