Wife has been here for 72 hours, nurses were okay but mid. Discharge comes and there playing on there phones at the desk, was supposed to be discharged at 1pm instead it’s 4 pm and we have to drive in a severe thunderstorm because they took forever to get a discharge paper. I understand patient priority but this is a waste of our time we can’t get back and a risk for driving. All Xs were marked off by noon and we were promised discharge at 1pm. I was treated very well by the nurses and techs. The uriology team and dr flack are the best ive ever dealt with
The staff and care providers were all very compassionate and informative.
I was made to feel an ease about my procedure! Which was very nice, considering I was having a colonoscopy!
