My daughter sick last night and the helping as very well thank you dr khan and all staffs
I went to Urgent Care with head pressure/stiff neck. Even had him review a recent MRI showing there is in fact an issue possibly in my brain. He dismissed my feelings/symptoms. I did not have a good experience with him.
I just left Kaiser and saw him this evening- I felt ignored, and pushed away, And like he did not listen to me. I felt like he blew my symptoms off and made it seem like I was crazy. I know what I’m feeling, And I know that I don’t feel well. But according to him, there’s nothing wrong with me.
Very rude and unprofessional, doesn't listen the patient. Just tell listen to him. I went in urgent care because I have fever headache burning eyes and weakness. He came with laugh and said before check it's a viral infection there is no medicine. I can check here COVID test and throat AG. Both were negative didn't give any medicine and came back home in pain. Just wasted 2 hours and $30 for co-payment. I asked him any blood work he said. I won't recommend anyone this Dr. Naeem khan for urgent care.
