Gastroenterology is more procedure-driven, hands-on patient care where you are able to follow an individual's progress and see their improvement. I like working with patients and talking with them and helping to work through the problems on an ongoing basis.

I have always liked Dr. Aslam but the continued poor treatment by front staff is unexcusable. It looks as though this is a common complaint. I have recently left message with no return contact and today I called and finally got a human person to answer only to hang up when I asked for the billing department. I called back 3 times in a row to no answer. Very unprofessional staff and it's a shame but is par for the course in most of today's work ethics.
I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Aslam on July 18th and a polyp was removed. A clip was used to repair the polyp void that wound up being ineffective and dislodged. Then I developed Delayed Post Polypectomy Bleeding as a result. Tried to contact Dr. Aslam to be seen urgently and was told no availability for 6 days. Went to the ER for continued bleeding and was admitted. I passed out from dehydration and lost 3 pints of blood. I was hospitalized for 3 days and am now strapped with a high emergency room bill for what should have b... read more
Doctor is competent but the practices of his office is beyond frustrating. They don't answer their phones and they never return phone calls. Im finding a new doctor.
In May 2021 I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and was diagnosed of having a severe bleeding stomach ulcer. My blood pressure was plummeting and after four units of blood to stabilize me for surgery,Dr. Aslam performed an emergency upper endoscopy to stop the bleeding and cauterize the ulcer. Dr. Aslam was very professional, kind and compassionate toward me and I am now on the road to a good recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Aslam to all who would need a very good gastroenterologist.
This is worse place I ever been! My blood work was done 11-18-2020 Today is 01-26-2021 Still don’t know what going on I call 5 time before today she Hung up on me... So do you want to go here not me ever again....
Dr. Naeem and his staff are very friendly and were extremely attentive. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
Beware of this doctor. He will try and charge you again after you have paid off your bill. I paid my bill off a year ago and he is now trying to get it from me again. When I call the office, they take a message stating that the doctor will call me back. It took 2 months for the doctor to call back and he did not leave a message. I received an automated call to check the patient portal. I'm not a patient and I do not have any access information. l no longer see this doctor and this is one good example why! Very frustrated!
I would and have recommend other to Dr. Aslam. He make you aware of the tests he is doing and the results of the tests and procedures!!
Orders tests from labs that are out of network with your insurance and does not make you aware of this beforehand. Office was dirty and staff are not helpful. He does not call you to let you know about test results; you have to call repeatedly to try and get anyone to give you your results. I was told that the test results from my procedure would be sent to my family doctor; it's been 4 months now. He is also very hard to understand. I would not recommend.
