Dean Valentine @ Resource One, not up front as far as getting the documents (written lease agreement, and tenant weatherization certification from the seller) condition to the offer. Comes to find out there is not a written lease agreement! He delayed to deliver the offer, which gave me as a buyer only 8 days and before weekend, instead of 10 days for inspection. Really? I had only 6 days to get this done! Not enough time to set up appt or to amemd the offer! Dean did not show up for the inspection. Maybe this is his style o... read more
