Poor communication and very challenging regarding a $16,000 sale to her where she demanded to pay by credit card. The sale explicitly stated bank wire. She paid anyway with cc and demanded the sale… we cancelled and she left a nasty review. Poor business practice. Store owner is trying to pretend she has no idea in her response but, is well aware with this exact dollar figure. She should adhere to terms of sale instead of getting angry and disrespectful.
