Poor communication and very challenging regarding a $16,000 sale to her where she demanded to pay by credit card. The sale explicitly stated bank wire. She paid anyway with cc and demanded the sale… we cancelled and she left a nasty review. Poor business practice. I can’t say enough great things about Nadine and her team. I’ve been shopping with them for years and she consistently finds the rarest and highest quality vintage and antique pieces. My experience here was FANTASTIC! I went into the store looking for a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend and left with a gorgeous necklace that she ending up loving. The jewelry itself was awesome, and the customer service made my experience smooth and easy to navigate. Victoria was so helpful!
