Overall, Dr Yusuf was warm and listened well. Her assessment of my problem and next steps were matter of fact and brief, inc ordering two tests, a medication, and noting there would be a follow up after the tests. However, the appointment was 50 mins late with no apology (patients can be fined or appointments canceled if late) and I was with the doctor only 10-15 min. There was a lot to take in.
