Awesome cupcakes and friendly staff 👍🏻
I brought my daughter for a birthday treat. Apparently I misunderstood her request and ordered the wrong thing. she cried genuine tears. An employee overheard and sweetly replaced my mistake with what her actual request was. It was such a kind act that saved the day for her 4 year birthday celebration. love it there!

Horrible customer service experience.
Found a hair on one of my Blue Moon cupcakes this afternoon! Went up to exchange it, and with albeit a little lip from the clerk, got it exchanged just fine. Not sure how that happened, but it was easily visible on the frosting!
