Dr. Arshad is an excellent Primary Care physician. She has good bedside manners which is hard to find nowadays because doctors are so rushed to run on to their next patient. Dr. Arshad promptly follows up with me regarding my outside testing results. Additionally, she and her staff are great when it comes to coordinating appointments with external specialists. I'm happy with my quality health care from Dr. Arshad!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. I booked my new patient appointment on 06/05/2025 for the date October 15, 2025 @4:40Pm. I got an email confirmation for my appointment. On 09/29/2025 I checked the patient portal and didn’t see my appointment scheduled anymore. I don’t receive a phone call to reschedule my appointment. I wasn’t notified that it was changed.
