First time here and will be the last. I requested a silk press which is listed on their website. The only woman working looked like she could be anywhere else and was shocked that I did not come with already blow dried hair for a silk press!! What am I paying you for? She then proceeds to sigh and mistreat my hair. She was very rough and I ended up leaving her chair. save your money and don’t bother coming here. Horrendous customer service and unprofessional. 0 stars.

I just experienced the most interesting customer service experience! I walked in to make a retail purchase. The woman behind the counter was on the phone, so I stood in front of her and waited for her to finish. I heard her stop talking on the phone, but she never said a word to me. I looked at her and she was just staring at me with a blank face.. I said “hi” to which she replied “hi” and continued her blank look.. I walked out the door and took my business across the street to Kiki where I was greeted with a smile.

They overcharge and don't listen, when I was there with my wife and we told them no hair extensions they ignored us and put hair extensions in anyway. I also found out they resell goods at a higher price than what they are worth

Poor customer service. I really won’t go into to much details because I actually don’t like giving bad reviews on black women in business but I had to after trying to resolve my issue with the owner. But I will say they lost a valuable customer. I got a touch up done and they only did 13 braids over and I paid $120. When I sent the pictures to the owner her reply was these braids don’t look that bad for 3 weeks and I had to tell her that those braids were done less than 24 hours of service.
