I've have been using Nadeen as my realtor for over 5 years now on 3 different real estate transactions. She helped me sell my last home and buy my new home. My old home received a cash offer the first day on the market, so I had to find my new home in a short period of time, but Nadeen put in a contingency that closing would wait until I found my new home which wasn't long.
