Dr. Koussa and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and pain free! Everyone was wonderful and professional. I am petrified of the dentist and I mean petrified! From my cleaning to my root canal he and his staff kept me calm and completely pain free!
The reason I went to this office was to switch to Dr. Koussa! He was my dentist during my 1st visit. During my second visit a Dr. Dawed came in, did NOT introduce herself and started my exam. She was not friendly at all. I do not trust her examination and will be going to an office where I know who I will be seeing. Very disappointed!
I have been going to Dr. Koussa’s office for almost 12 years. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting his daughter, Dr. G, who joined the practice. She is very thorough in explaining things. I am so happy to be cared for by such a compassionate and well-trained team of dentists. Thank you for the best dental care!!!

The staff was amazing! I went in to get a tooth cleaning about a month ago and finally got around to writing a review. The tooth cleaning and overall experience was amazing! Everyone was very nice and my teeth looked amazing.
I recommend Dr. Koussa to anyone looking for a dentist especially if you’re looking for someone who is great with dental anxiety. Dr. Koussa made sure that all of my questions were answered and did an excellent job with taking the procedure at my pace. I cannot recommend Dr. Koussa enough to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!

I switched to Premier Family Dental because my insurance did not cover my previous dentist. It has truly been a blessing. Dr. Koussa is the best dentist I have ever allowed inside my mouth. The entire office staff is amazing. They developed a long-term treatment plan after the first visit. I never feel like they are doing anything unnecessary or trying to sell me anything extra. They always consider the cost and what my insurance covers. I cannot recommend them any more highly. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!
I wish I had gone to Dr. Koussa 20 years ago because I wouldn't have had the problems that he had to correct. He is a artist and I will always recommend him to my friends, the whole group at Strongsville are the best...............................
