Had a car rollover and come to rest in my driveway today. The tow truck driver came to the house to say they cleaned up the debris. I want out later to find that the glass and plastic body panels on my driveway and the sides of the driveway. Not impressed.
CAA sent my car there after it got hit. They had my car for an entire month. They sent a quote over, it didn't mention a new rim for the tire at all even though it was clearly damaged. I had to call to make sure it got ordered. When they called to tell me the car was ready for pick up I looked at it and very clearly saw it was two completely different shades. I haven't been to the service centre, but I did need a CAA call. The service mechanic was helpful, friendly, and quick. I wish I could remember his name.
I had a flat tire in the middle of a snow storm and they came to my rescue. Reasonable price and very quick, efficient service. Particularly Ron, who set up my service over the phone, and Matt, the very kind tow truck driver, were amazing.
