I waited close to 2 hours for a CAA tow. I had to run around the corner for my son to use a public restroom. The driver arrived on scene and called me. I told him I’d be less than 10 minutes. I actually arrived back in about 5 minutes and he had already left. I had to wait another hour for another tow. This guy couldn’t even give me 5 minutes courtesy. I kept time stamps of the calls and I’ll be complaining to CAA directly. Just a blatant lack of common courtesy and decency.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this towing company. The response time was much longer than promised, and communication was poor throughout the process. When the driver finally arrived, they were unprofessional and offered little explanation for the delay. I expected a basic level of courtesy and reliability, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I won’t be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend them to others based on my experience.
