I absolutely enjoyed my yoga session with Berthy. I had a yoga session with my family and she was so patient and knowledgeable. It was a great calming way to start our Sunday. My 13 yo son loved it also.
Had a great experience. Felt much calmer and relaxed after our session. Berthy came to our Airbnb and taught a yoga class for the bachelorette party I was a part of. 10/10 would recommend !
