Berthy taught a yoga class for a small group of my sorority sisters and everyone had a wonderful time! She was super encouraging for our group of beginners, had great communication while scheduling, and created a comfortable atmosphere for us. We would definitely recommend her and cannot wait to schedule another class with her soon!

Berthy is very organized and follows-through in ensuring your needs are met as her client. She is very kind and knowledgeable about alternative healing. I have seen her for reiki sessions and she goes above and beyond to provide the space for healing to occur. She is sensitive and works with you wherever you are on your journey. I absolutely enjoyed my yoga session with Berthy. I had a yoga session with my family and she was so patient and knowledgeable. It was a great calming way to start our Sunday. My 13 yo son loved it also.

Had a great experience. Felt much calmer and relaxed after our session. Berthy came to our Airbnb and taught a yoga class for the bachelorette party I was a part of. 10/10 would recommend !
