Rich was very professional, straight forward and knowledgeable about his product, between the two vehicles my friend/mechanic and I looked at, we both agreed the 2010 was the better conditioned unit, we did not agree on the cost at first, however we managed to arrive at a middle ground. Thank you Rich.

Was very disappointed because I was interested in this vehicle. I had called and spoke to the owner and told me that they had the vehicle available, when i arrived I was told that the vehicle was no longer available. They tried to sell me something that I was not interested in , very disappointed and it was a long drive from where I live.
Followed up immediately! Great job in communicating the options.
