Service department was great. Had a breakdown nearby and was able to get to them first thing the following morning. Checked me right in and did repairs same day. Well done.
Parts Department They price parts to customers based on looks, sex, race, or gender. Also, they would not assist you with the part number, obligating you to purchase the part straight from them and denying us the ability to purchase directly from Volvo. In other words, they’re that greedy that they prefer to lose a customer before giving a part number out. Terrible place to start with parts department ,if they don’t like you for any given reason your color or language they will double the original part prices. Service is joke $200 dollars an hour . they will hit you with 2 hours diagnostic minimum when it only takes 1 hour the most they also will send you about 4 estimates before they fix your truck bottom point is worse place I ever took my truck to
