I have been waiting for the Nurse to schedule for the procedure. Every time I call the office, they say the Nurse will call you. Very disappointed w the customer service they provide.

I called the office to scheduled the appointment 3 weeks prior. I was referred here by my physician. I never received a call or text for my appointment. I called in today to request that I am getting late for an appointment. Operator crystal is VERY RUDE and keeps telling me why don’t I remember and can’t reschedule me for another 3 weeks. It was me who always followed up with this office. Nobody called or text or email for an appointment reminder. I called last week to confirm again.It’s very disappointing.

Been seeing Dr.Syed for past 5-6 years. Very professional and spends time listening patients concern and issue then recommends possible medical options for patient to think over . Works as a patient/ physician team.
