I got my Centrelink pay in my account and I only had $130 they are scammers like I struggled enough on Centrelink now they do this

Went here today to get some 50’s changed which would have taken 2 minutes. When I arrived, I was the only one in line, a gentleman then lined up behind me and the younger worker walked straight passed me to serve the man before me, calling him to the counter, looked at me and couldn’t even apologise. I then stood waiting a further 10 minutes and decided to leave. Horrible service will not return to a business that don’t know basic customer service.
