Met Gemma for the home loan and she went above and beyond to help us out. Very friendly and easily approachable. She made the whole process less stressful for us. I would highly recommend her at Green hills branch.
Went here today to get some 50’s changed which would have taken 2 minutes. When I arrived, I was the only one in line, a gentleman then lined up behind me and the younger worker walked straight passed me to serve the man before me, calling him to the counter, looked at me and couldn’t even apologise. I then stood waiting a further 10 minutes and decided to leave. Horrible service will not return to a business that don’t know basic customer service.
