Horrible experience, I was in the bank for 1.5hrs trying to deposit cash into my account however the lack of staff and experience, extremely slow and unprofessional. It ruined my day plans for something so simple.
I had a worst experience Awful branch with a irresponsible staff two weeks ago I get a service with five minutes in 7hill branch but this Blacktown branch took 40 minutes the same as while so many people waiting behind me the lady in the front desk just trying to find not give a service come on manager please look after your branch somewhere come outside and have a look. What’s going on? I don’t want to publish her name or photo But the lady you know you are irresponsible and rude
Avoid the so-called ‘client advisor’ sitting in the first glass room. no knowledge, just hot air. Better off giving that room back to the front desk.
Best service ever received from the bank. This is the service you need to decide moving all money to another bank and never deal with nab ever again.
