i went to open a business account, 1 week has been passed no progress, after 1 week i went to branch to see progress i have been promised to open my account afternoon. been waiting for updated, no updated. i called them after hours theyve said no action taken. the business promised consecutive times to open my account till now no further action was taken. its all talk no actions were taken.

Doing RTGS its took 45/30 minutes, I understand it is time taken by the system but there was no chair or no sitting arrange meant for customers, thay are running short staff and all the customers waiting in line. Very bed experience.

Staff is nice, but the Manager inside office is rude and racist，ask teller to bring customer’s private phone to her office five times which is illegal. And don’t have knowledge about visa at all.
