I placed an order days in advance and when it got delivered the flowers looked NOTHING like the photo of the ones I ordered. The card was spelled almost completely wrong and left out words as well. The flowers were decent but again not what I ordered and were packed with filler greenery unlike the original ones I wanted. When I called with proof and photos she practically gaslit me into thinking it looked the same and refused a refund or even partial refund. At first I was skeptical considering that I do not live locally. This was the best decision that I could have made. I arrived at the funeral home before it was delivered. However, when it arrived. The flower exceeded our expectations.
