They gave me the best quote for my ring resizing, got it done less than a day after I dropped it off, and even flagged me on my way out the door to give me back the extra $20 I had accidentally paid. Can't ask for more than that!

Had a platinum ring resized at Na Ohana Jewelry. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.
IMO, sometimes buying online makes sense; but never when it comes to jewelry, because trust is so essential when you make a purchase, have a repair, or have a piece of jewelry made.
