IMO, sometimes buying online makes sense; but never when it comes to jewelry, because trust is so essential when you make a purchase, have a repair, or have a piece of jewelry made. I go there to have my watch batteries changed. Service is always friendly and professional.
Loren and Mr. Kim are just as lovely as their jewelry, if not more so. I always have the best time working with them on pieces.
Love the owners and their great services they provide. I’ll come back with custom jewelry ideas, and will refer to friends and family.
