My husband brought me a beautiful ring in December. Renee in the store was wonderful and sized the ring and shipped it to me. I received the ring on 12/31. I had the ring 3 months and I noticed a diamond was missing. I shipped the ring back around Easter ( End of March), finally by June 3rd they sent me a notice that I damaged the ring and wanted to charge me to repair.
