I would not recommend Lisa as a realtor in the Lake Norman area. She did not even show up to closing. It’s been over 3 weeks since closing and never received even a thank you card for my business. She told me she was going to reimburse me for a HVAC service call, NEVER did. Very unprofessional with how the closing went.

Same. Not responsive. We actually think she pocketed the last few months of rent for herself after she sold our home, claiming the tenant stopped paying. She’s D-I-R-T-Y.

We hired Lisa Newell to manage a few properties in 2018. It was awful!! For four months, she only responded via text messages and multiple voice mails were never returned. When payments arrived for property rents collected she did not have receipts for work charged and deducted from rent distribution. We had complaints from prospective and existing tenants about not having calls returned in a timely manner. Communicates through text, which I feel is VERY unprofessional. Will set up appointments and either not show, or tell you she's booked for the day. I'm pretty sure we dodged a bullet with this one. If you're using this company to manage and rent out your properties, you're wasting your time and losing money.
