Not really a review, per se... Was looking for a new mechanic since "my guy" recently retired. Found this company from an internet search and, based on all the 5-star ratings, decided to call about getting some emergency work done (car wouldn't start - not a battery issue). Was told that they were booked for almost a week because of "tire season"... Guess I'll keep looking. Edit - reply to Owner : neither a 1-star or a 5-star seem appropriate - a 3-star seemed most neutral.
They do a very thorough job. It was a good experience. Fair price for sure.
Owner super nice and honest. Been going there for years. Decent price quality work.
Saturday afternoon nail in the car. When everywhere are closed. Found N1 Auto in the area still open. I must say they have amazing service, highly recommended this place for car repair and tire repair very reasonable price, the owner Andy is very honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Definitely coming back for our car repair next time.
Andy and his staff are great people. Went in for a suspension issue and Andy made time for me to check out the issue, despite coming in a few minutes before their closing. Found out it was a minor issue and I told him since it's an easy fix, I could fix the problem myself. Alan did not even ask for payment for lifting my car on his jack, and his time for checking it out. Outstanding honesty. I highly recommend coming to him and his shop for any issues with your car!!
